Dan Schmock has been building homes for over twenty years. His company is built on that experience and on his belief that each home should be constructed with quality and care.

We consistently use the same team of reliable, high-quality contractors. If you've seen and liked one of our homes (which are a regular feature in the Parade of Homes), you can be assured you will get the same attention to detail.

At Schmock Builders, we have a very no-nonsense attitude about things. If you trust us enough to build your home, we take that responsibility seriously. We have your interest in mind and believe you deserve to get the best possible quality for your money.

Dan Schmock is the owner of Schmock Builders. He is also your guide from start to finish on your home-building journey. It's one more way we give you the personal attention that will result in your complete satisfaction with your custom home.
